Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged using dedicated cold-chain insulation and shipped only Monday through Thursday, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

If tracking information has not appeared, or you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we work to dispatch orders quickly, processing begins soon after an order is placed.

• To update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at support@opulbay.store.
• We will make every reasonable effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, address changes can no longer be made.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every delivery:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of a shipping delay, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue an immediate full refund or send a free replacement.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows delivery but the package has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
